Aims
The Aims of the course are to provide delegates with a detailed knowledge of what is required to set up and run an Effective Maintenance Error Management System, either as a component of their SMS or as a standalone system in its own right. Participants will be able to understand and use the Boeing MEDA tool for Event Investigation.

The objectives of the course are
- To provide delegates with a detailed understanding of Maintenance Errors and why they need to be managed.
- To enable delegates to have an appreciation of what is required to Manage Errors and how to create an Open reporting cuture.
- To help delegates develop a Maintenance Error Management module that fits within their Safety Management System.
