Aims

The Aims of the course are to prepare delegates for training Human Factors in their own organization, through the medium of an active review of an entire Human Factors training course.

1. For delegates to understand how to design and deliver training in their own organization based on the HF model but suitable for other in company training sessions.
2. To enable delegates to learn training skills, which can be developed to maximize the effectiveness of the training sessions.
