Lifting a European ban from an international airline
An airline which had international Operational Restrictions placed upon it asked AVISA to assist in the development of a plan which, once implemented, eradicated the safety related findings which were a concern of the European Commission and the Air Safety Committee.
AVISA supported the airline during the Commission’s visit and the airline’s appearance before the Air Safety Committee
AVISA provided essential technical advice on the development of procedures, both within the airline and the local regulator, in order to minimise the likelihood of the recurrence of problems

A very large UK airline required corrective actions developed and implanted following a regulatory audit
AVISA produced a recovery action plan which was acceptable to the airline and the UKCAA to address audit findings made against the airline’s Continued Airworthiness Management exposition
AVISA was able to manage and accomplish the review and amendment of the CAME within a tight deadline

Consultancy support throughout an Engineering Department
A very large UK airline required AVISA to provide engineering support, to all areas of its maintenance management departments

A poor report can become a severe embarrassment not only for the State but for the aviation sector within the State, which may face considerable economic sanctions arising from the publication of a report that identifies the State as one lacking effective oversight
